Chapter 1282 - Miasmic Paradice

The airship is streaking through the sky, piercing through one cloud after another.

Its the ninth day of my travel, and today, I will reach the Miasmic Paradice.

The outpost where I am going is just two hours away from where I am right now.

These nine days had been very fruitful, especially these last four days when I had made unexpectedly good progress in the Tome; I learned seven new recipes within four days, getting a total of twenty recipes in my rooster.

I had got another test yesterday night from the Tome, which I am very close to finished; it would take me a day max, and if my luck is good, then I might able to finish it by evening.

In these nine days, I had practiced thousands of hours in the Tome.

It helped me immensely with my energy control, which is what I had needed; the upgraded Inheritance is very demanding and needs very high energy control to operate it.

MY GOD! I said as intentionally slowed down the airship one and half hour later, what I saw in front of me looked like a piece of the heaven itself; if I did not know the reality of it, I would have walked out of my airship to watch this beautiful scenery.

In front of me is a forest covered in light pink mist; the forest is verdant green and had many tall mountains around it.

It also had beautiful lakes and three rivers that flowed through this huge forest.

I have seen the pictures, but they do not do justice to the scenery I see; it is beyond beautiful and worthy to be ranked No.13 in the most beautiful hundred places in the world.

\'The Miasmic Paradice\' a fitting name for this piece of heaven I am seeing.

If I got outside without protection right now, I would be dead within an hour if I did not receive any treatment, and there the only fraction of Miasma present outside compared to the forest in front of me.

The Pink Miasma looked beautiful; it is one of the world\'s dangerous substances, having the power to kill even Tyrants.

There clear records of Tyrants dying from humans and Grimm Monsters by this Miasma.

As for the origin of Miasma, it is quite an unbelievable truth.

The origin dates back to one First Epoch War more than ten thousand years ago when the Grimm Monster cornered us into the edge of the central continent.

Humans had just begun our attack with full force with intentions to take back the central continent when a space organism came out of one biggest space crack of the world that used to exist in this forest.

That Space Organism was already half dead when it entered our world, but it was still able to kill thousands of tyrants before going down; those Tyrants were all from the Grimm Monsters side.

Those f.u.c.k.i.n.g Grimm Monsters were too arrogant to build their Second Headquarter by the space crack when that organism struck; it had killed nearly all forces present in that headquarter.

If it were not for that, then it would have been impossible for us to barely win that Epoch war and take control over more than half of the Central Continent.

It is high-level secrete that even most Tyrants did not know it, but the teacher had told me.

So, I could understand that sometimes even the most mighty force could collapse in unexpected circ.u.mstances.

I looked at the scenery for a few minutes before starting the airship but not before checking inside and outside the leakage.

Even the tiniest mist that came inside would be fatal to me.

The outpost is inside the forest, but not in the deeper parts; only Kings and above could survive there.

If I were to come in contact with such Miasma, I would be dead before I know it.

Soon my airship entered the pink mist; I could light pink mist is everywhere; it made me feel like I am in heaven, but in reality, I am in hell where nearly everything has the power to kill me within minutes if I were to touch it without protection.

Half an hour later, I saw the outpost, which is quite tiny compared to all the places in the Grimm Battlefield I had gone to before.

The outpost name is camp Camila, named after the commander who had defended the fort again Grimm Monsters in the last epoch war three and half thousand years ago, and that was the last time the camp was attacked.

Attacking the camps in large numbers in the Miasmic Paradise is simply a dream, and as fights, injuries occur, and once those injuries come in contact with this Miasma, one could be considered good as dead.

As I reached the camp, I had to hand over the airship controls to the command; it is a prerequisite for anyone entering via airship.

The camp is protected by six layer defenses, and at each layer, various devices and artifacts will scan the airship for any threats, especially Miasma.

Time passed by, and the airship slowly passed through one layer of defense after another before finally entered the last layer.

The!

The airship finally landed at the airport, and I got my control back; after checking everything is fine with the airship, I walked out of it and put it back into my storage.

Micheal, welcome to Camp Camilla. Said a young woman who suddenly appeared in front of me and moved her hand for a handshake, which I took after a moment of pass.

And You are I asked as I took back my hand; I knew there would be someone to receive me; it was mentioned in the mail.

This privilege of being received by King Stage powerhouse is not available to anyone.

Only to those important people who camp considered special resources like me.

The thing is, in the lottery, Ive not posted here as a fighter but as the healer.
